Starting Sunday, May 25, Resurrection transitions to a summer worship schedule from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend (Aug. 31), with one worship service at 10 a.m. only.

Restock the Breadbox in April for Interchurch Food Pantry of Johnson County
Resurrection’s Breadbox needs your donations to help restock the shelves and support the Interchurch Food Pantry of Johnson County. Donations of elbow macaroni, spaghetti, and white long-grain rice are always needed for Second Helpings.
Trunk or Treat: Rain or Shine!
Resurrection’s annual Trunk or Treat is Sunday, Oct. 27 from 3-5 p.m. No sign-up required to attend event. Help us prepare: donate bags of candy in the church narthex collection box and sign-up online to decorate a trunk.
Sign up for New Member Class
Saturday, Nov. 16, 9 a.m. – noon: Interested in becoming a member of Resurrection? Learn more about our community of faith, the Lutheran tradition, and how we grow and serve together. The whole class is one three-hour session. Childcare will be provided. Sign-up online.
Confirmation Sunday and Faith Stories
Come support our youth on Confirmation Sunday, Sep. 29, as they affirm their baptisms and mark this faith milestone. Confirmands will share faith stories at 9:30 a.m. in Resurrection Hall and participate in the rite of Confirmation during the 10:45 a.m. worship service.
Update Your Child’s Information for the 2024-2025 Year
As we begin a new program year, please help us update your child or youth’s information and release forms for the 2024-2025 school year. Please fill out one form per child/youth participating in nursery, children’s ministry, or youth ministry activities during the school year.
Regular Sunday Morning Worship Times Resume
Starting Sunday, Sep. 8, Resurrection resumes our Sunday morning schedule with worship at 8:15 & 10:45 a.m. with learning opportunities for all ages starting at 9:30 a.m. Free nursery care is available. Watch a livestream of the second service via rlcindy.org/live or facebook.com/rlcindy.
Blessing of the Animals
Resurrection celebrates all God’s creatures with an outdoor Blessing of the Animals on Sunday, Oct. 1 at 4 p.m. in the parking lot. Live animals should be in the control of an adult at all times for this short, 30-minute service.
Donate Peanut Butter for Weekender Backpack Ministry
Resurrection’s Weekender Backpack Ministry is collecting 16-28 oz. plastic jars of peanut butter to send home with students over fall break. Drop off peanut butter in the Breadbox, in the church narthex, or ship directly to Resurrection
RLC Men’s Softball Team Looking for New Players
