Midweek Study

Lutheran Christians have always seen the life of faith as a journey, and the content of faith more than a passing knowledge of doctrinal facts – we resist the temptation to see the rite of confirmation as a “graduation” and encourage adults to be life-long learners when it comes to spiritual growth.

There will be periodic opportunities for faith formation that occur during the week, from one-time special events that may feature a guest speaker to short courses (such as the SHAPE course) and even long-term Bible studies.

Reel Spirituality: Friday Faith and Film Series

A year-round, once-a-month format, screening of a thought-provoking movie to spark conversation about these intersections of the truths of the gospel with the human stories told in films as seen by people around the world. The common thread in this 500th anniversary year of the Reformation will be to view films that examine themes or enduring values of the Reformation.
