This Is the Night: About Easter Vigil
On Saturday, April 16, Resurrection will celebrate the Great Vigil of Easter, but maybe the rituals of this ancient service are unfamiliar to you. A new fire, the Paschal candle, the Exsultet, the Great Noise, and affirmation of baptism make this night rich with meaning and mystery. On Sunday, April 10 at 9:30 a.m. in Resurrection Hall, Pastor Ryan will walk through the service, offering background to prepare our hearts and minds for this great celebration.
