Rejoice in the Resurrection of Our Lord this Easter Sunday, April 21 at 8:15 or 10:45 a.m. with Easter Breakfast at 9:30 a.m. It’s a festival service of Holy Communion with all of the celebration we can muster, including our traditional mass singing of the “Hallelujah Chorus.”
Draw together with us for the Vigil of Easter, Saturday, April 20 at 7 p.m. One of the most ancient liturgies of the Church, we engage in the drama of salvation through four movements.
Gather with us Good Friday, April 19, where the focus of this evening is the cross as the place of Jesus’ victory over sin and death. Worship begins at 7 p.m. and concludes with the invitation to remain as long as desired for prayer around the cross.
On Passion / Palm Sunday, April 14, at 8:15 and 10:45 a.m. worship, we mark the entry into Jesus’ final week leading up to his death with a triumphant procession of palms. We hold this triumph in tension with the story of what takes place as we follow Jesus through the rest of the week.
Resurrection is asking for submissions from local artists for a public art exhibition. Share your faith and visions of new life and the Resurrection with RLC this Easter. Artwork will be on display from Easter Sunday, April 21 until Friday, May 31.
Sign up by Monday, March 25 to order Easter flowers to adorn Resurrection’s sanctuary and narthex this Easter. Complete a yellow Connect Card in Sunday’s bulletin or sign up online. Flowers can be given in honor or memory of someone.
