Volunteers are the heart and soul of VBS, and we’re starting to build a team of youth and adults to guide children in our congregation and community this June. Check out the narthex bulletin board to discover available roles.
Kathy Roberts, Camp Manager at Lutheran Hills, and Ginger Lyons, Involvement Director, will be available in the narthex café area on Sunday, March 12 from 9:30-10:30 a.m. to meet congregation members and answer questions about summer camp, other programs, and camp facilities.
Save the date for an evening Vacation Bible School, Sunday, June 4 – Thursday, June 8! Evenings start with an all-ages dinner at 5:30 p.m. followed by activities from 6-8 p.m. Watch for registration and volunteer sign-ups coming later this spring.

Families with kids birth through preschool: Come for a fun morning with the Resurrection Youngest Friends Club on Saturday, Feb. 25! We’ll meet at 10 a.m. for playtime at Kid City at Greenwood Community Center (100 Surina Way, Greenwood, IN). Please RSVP to help us plan.
A common Epiphany tradition is to “chalk the door” and bless a living space at the start of the new year. Pick up a small Epiphany blessing kit during worship on Sundays Jan. 2 or Jan. 9.
All students in grades 6-12, come for our FaithBuilders & Youth Group Christmas Party, Sunday, Dec. 18 from 5:15-7:45 p.m. Enjoy pizza, a hot cocoa bar, Christmas games, and other surprises!
Give back this Advent season with Resurrection’s Sharing Wreath! The Sharing Wreath provides gifts for 40 children from 19 families at Douglas MacArthur Kindergarten Academy. Please wrap gifts, label with the family and child information, and return to church by Sunday, Dec. 11.
Christmas Eve, Saturday, Dec. 24: Worship in-person at 5 or 7 p.m. Both worship services include Holy Communion and the traditional singing of Silent Night by candlelight. Childcare is available.
