Sign up children ages three (must be potty-trained) through fourth grade for Rainforest Falls VBS at Resurrection Lutheran Church, Sunday, June 7 – Thursday, June 11! Each night starts with dinner for the whole family at 5:30 p.m., followed by Bible stories, songs, games, crafts, and more from 6-8 p.m. Register by May 15 to guarantee a t-shirt!

Meets monthly, second Thursday, 6 p.m. in Room 9: Moms of all ages, come meet and build relationships with other RLC parents and explore and learn about different parenting topics and books! Refreshments provided. We meet monthly from September through April.
Anoka UCC church and Parents for Good are working to support families impacted by ICE action in the Minneapolis area. Items most needed now: spray deodorant, shampoo & conditioner (especially brands for textured hair like Shea Moisture), & menstrual products. Drop off items in the church narthex by Sunday, Feb. 15.
Epiphany is Tuesday, Jan. 6, and a common Epiphany tradition is to “chalk the door” and bless a living space at the start of a new year. Pick up an Epiphany home blessing kit in the church narthex on Sundays Dec. 28 and Jan. 4. Kits include a brief liturgical blessing and a piece of chalk.
Sunday, Dec. 21, 5:15-7:45 p.m. Youth in grades 6-12, come for our FaithBuilders & Youth Group Christmas party at Resurrection! Wear your favorite Christmas pajamas and bring a wrapped gift ($10 or less) for a gift exchange. Sign up if you’d like to contribute finger food for dinner or toppings for a hot cocoa bar.
Christmas Eve, Wednesday, Dec. 24: Worship in-person at 5 or 8 p.m. Both worship services include Holy Communion and the traditional singing of Silent Night by candlelight. The nursery will be available for the 5 p.m. service. Watch a livestream at 8 p.m. available at rlcindy.org/live.
Give back this season with RLC’s Christmas Sharing Wreath! Last year, RLC provided 67 clothing gifts to 35 children from 12 Douglas MacArthur Kindergarten Academy (DMKA) families. This year, select tags from the wreath in the church narthex starting Sunday, Nov. 23 and return wrapped gifts by Sunday, Dec. 14.
Register your household by Monday, Nov. 24 to guarantee a devotional and supplies to create your own Advent wreath. Choose either to pick up supplies and assemble your wreath on Sunday, Nov. 30 during the 9:30 a.m. learning hour or to receive a kit to complete all activities at home.
