Starting Sunday, May 26, Resurrection transitions to a summer worship schedule from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend (Sep. 1), with one worship service at 10 a.m.
Sunday, May 5: Help Resurrection welcome our new members during the 10:45 a.m. worship service, then take a moment to introduce yourself to our new members before or after worship!
Thursday, March 28, 7 p.m. worship: Taking its name from the Latin word for “commandment”, Maundy Thursday focuses on Jesus’ command that we love one another and on his gift of Holy Communion.
Friday, March 29, 7 p.m. worship: On Good Friday, our focus shifts to the cross as we remember Jesus’ death – and also his victory over sin and death. The nursery will also be available (not staffed) for those with children.
Saturday, March 30: Enhance your celebration of the Resurrection by participating in the ancient tradition of the Easter Vigil. We’ll gather in darkness at 8:30 p.m. to light a new fire, hear of God’s saving acts throughout history, and renew our baptisms.
There is no better way for us to celebrate the gift of new life than by being together! Worship with Resurrection on Easter Sunday, March 31 at 8:15 or 10:45 a.m. and enjoy our Easter Breakfast from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. in Resurrection Hall.
Sunday, March 24, 8:15 & 10:45 a.m. worship: On Palm Sunday, we shout ‘Hosanna!’, wave palm fronds, and remember Jesus’ entry into Jerusalem. A livestream of the 10:45 a.m. worship will be available at rlcindy.org/live.
Sunday, Feb. 4 is Scout Sunday: The Boy Scouts of America designates the Sunday before Feb. 8 (Scouting Anniversary Day) as Scout Sunday. All Scouts and Scouters are invited to participate by wearing the BSA field uniform to worship at 8:15 or 10:45 a.m.
