Want to experience the 2024 solar eclipse and help out at a great camp? Sign up to volunteer (limited slots available) for the Lutheran Outdoor Ministries of Indiana and Kentucky (LOMIK) Solar Eclipse Festival. The festival, Saturday, April 6 – Monday, April 8, offers daily activities, live music, good food, and great times.
Resurrection is collecting clear glass vases 12-16 inches in height for Random Acts of Flowers of Indianapolis for use in creating and delivering bouquets to people in assisted living, nursing homes, and local hospitals. Drop off vase donations in the church narthex collection box by Sunday, March 17.
A Pride team for 2024 is forming now! In previous years, Resurrection has proudly staffed a booth at Greenwood Pride and walked in the Indy Pride Parade. Come for a kickoff meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 20 at 6 p.m. in Room 9 to discuss plans for 2024 including logistics and budgeting.
Resurrection is seeking volunteers to help provide a caring, fun environment for our youngest friends during the 10:45 a.m. worship service. Training is provided and volunteers are not required to serve every week. Youth and adult volunteers are welcome.

Resurrection’s next volunteer adventure with Greater Indy Habitat for Humanity is Saturday, Sep. 23 at 8:30 a.m. in the parking lot of Second Presbyterian Church (7700 N. Meridian Street, Indianapolis). We are cutting and nailing together wall panels for Interfaith Build homes. Participants must register online.
