Refill the Breadbox this December for Interchurch Food Pantry of Johnson County
Resurrection’s Breadbox needs your donations to help restock the shelves and support the Interchurch Food Pantry of Johnson County. Resurrection rotates donations from the Breadbox between Hunger, Inc. and Interchurch Food Pantry of Johnson County. Between now and Christmas Eve, complete our Reverse Advent Calendar to help collect food items for donation.

The Interchurch Food Pantry requests the following food items and due to their shopping format, they prefer to receive items in multiples of any of these items. No glass containers.
- Flour
- Sugar
- Bisquick
- Cooking Oil
- Cake Mixes
- Frosting can or mix
- Cookie mix
- Saltines
- Paper towels
- Shake and Bake
- Salad Dressing
- Hamburger Helper
- Condiments (mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise)
- Shampoo/Conditioner
- Deodorant
- Bar Soap/Bath Wash
- Toilet Paper
Resurrection is also always collecting donations for Second Helpings of these food items for use in future meals:
- Elbow Macaroni
- Spaghetti
- White Long-grain Rice
16 oz. plastic jars of peanut butter are always needed for our Weekender Backpack Ministry.
