Hey 20-30-somethings! Come hang out with us the second Saturday of each month from 6-8 p.m. as we share fellowship, discussions, and fun events. Our next get together is a Friendsgiving Potluck on Saturday, Nov. 8 in Resurrection Hall.
Resurrection’s annual Trunk or Treat is Sunday, Oct. 26 from 3-5 p.m. No sign-up required to attend event. Help us prepare: donate bags of treats in the church narthex collection box and sign-up online to decorate a trunk.
Sunday, Nov. 9: The Fellowship Group is hosting an old-fashioned fall pitch-in lunch after the 10:45 a.m. worship service. Stick around after lunch for a special “Magic of the Mind” performance by mentalist Chad Collyer! Sign up online or in the church narthex to bring a dish to share.
Saturday, Nov. 1, 10 a.m. at Resurrection: Infants through preschoolers are invited for a fall morning of fun with RLC’s Youngest Friends Club! We’ll enjoy pumpkin painting, snacks, and games together. Please RSVP to ensure we have plenty of supplies for everyone!
Resurrection celebrates all God’s creatures with an outdoor Blessing of the Animals on Sunday, Oct. 5 at 4:30 p.m. in the parking lot. Live animals must remain in adult control at all times for this short, 30-minute service.
Resurrection’s men’s softball team is looking for new players for our fall season. We play in a church league on Monday nights at Greenwood Sports Park (1500 Ray Crowe Way, Greenwood). Our next season starts Sep. 8 and runs for 4-5 weeks. Email Nate Garrett if interested in playing.
