Lent begins with Ash Wednesday worship on Feb. 18 at 7 p.m. Worship includes Holy Communion and the imposition of ashes for those who desire it. Continue with us throughout Lent with simple soup suppers on Wednesday evenings followed by Holden Evening Prayer at 7 p.m.
Wednesday, Jan. 14, 6 p.m. in Franklin College’s Napolitan Student Center (253 S Forsythe St, Franklin, IN): Register now to experience a poverty simulation where participants role-play a month in poverty, navigating real-world systems in a live-action community. Ages 12+.
Epiphany is Tuesday, Jan. 6, and a common Epiphany tradition is to “chalk the door” and bless a living space at the start of a new year. Pick up an Epiphany home blessing kit in the church narthex on Sundays Dec. 28 and Jan. 4. Kits include a brief liturgical blessing and a piece of chalk.
Sundays Dec. 7–21 at 9:30 a.m. in Resurrection Hall: Enter the tension between frustration with the world as it is now and the hope of what Christ promises for the future as we explore the scriptural voices of Advent. Watch a short video and engage in small group discussion. No preparation needed.
Sunday, Jan. 18, 9:30 a.m. in Resurrection Hall: Learn how to make your gifts in the most tax-beneficial way and prepare for 2026 changes due to recent legislation. RLC member Chris Dial, Major Gift Officer for Riley Children’s Hospital, will share the latest insights. Don’t miss this valuable session!
Sunday, Dec. 21, 5:15-7:45 p.m. Youth in grades 6-12, come for our FaithBuilders & Youth Group Christmas party at Resurrection! Wear your favorite Christmas pajamas and bring a wrapped gift ($10 or less) for a gift exchange. Sign up if you’d like to contribute finger food for dinner or toppings for a hot cocoa bar.

Sunday, Nov. 30: Help Resurrection welcome our new members during the 10:45 a.m. worship service, then take a moment to introduce yourself to our new members before or after worship!
Give back this season with RLC’s Christmas Sharing Wreath! Last year, RLC provided 67 clothing gifts to 35 children from 12 Douglas MacArthur Kindergarten Academy (DMKA) families. This year, select tags from the wreath in the church narthex starting Sunday, Nov. 23 and return wrapped gifts by Sunday, Dec. 14.
