Mark the start of the 2023-24 school year with a Back-to-School Blessing at Resurrection during worship at 10 a.m. on Sunday, July 30. Students of all ages and educators are invited to bring a backpack, lunchbox, laptop bag, etc. for a special blessing.

Sunday, April 23: The Youth Group (grades 9-12) is exploring the “Power of Children” exhibit together at the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis as part of continued conversations on the intersection between faith and advocacy. Sign up by Sunday, April 16 to participate.
Families with students in grades 9-12 during the 2023-2024 school year are invited to learn about the Gathering in a Zoom info session on Wednesday, April 19 at 7 p.m. Adults interested in serving as mentors are also encouraged to attend.
Sunday, Feb. 12 at 9:30 a.m. Social media and technology are a part of our lives. What does a healthy relationship with them look like? During parallel discussions during the learning hour, youth and adults will have space to talk about our relationships with social media.
Sundays Jan. 15 & 22, 9:30 a.m. in Resurrection Hall: In October, Pastor Ryan participated in a study tour of Ireland, learning about the difficult work of peace and reconciliation. Over two Sundays, he will share impressions from the tour, including how the long history of conflict in Ireland may help us to appreciate and approach the need for reconciliation in our own communities.
Sundays Dec. 4, 11, and 18 at 9:30 a.m. in Resurrection Hall: On Sunday mornings this Advent, we explore the Stations of the Nativity together, which invite us on the same sort of spiritual pilgrimage through the places and events of Jesus’ birth.
Sunday, Nov. 6, 9:30 a.m. in the Luther Room: Resurrection hosts a special Learning Hour with our ELCA Foundation representative, Rev. Karl Biermann. Learn about planned giving and how it can be an actionable way to positively impact Resurrection and the community.
