Resurrection’s Breadbox needs your donations to help restock the shelves and support the Interchurch Food Pantry of Johnson County. Donations of elbow macaroni, spaghetti, and white long-grain rice are always needed for Second Helpings.
Resurrection’s Weekender Backpack Ministry is collecting 16-28 oz. plastic jars of peanut butter to send home with students over fall break. Drop off peanut butter in the Breadbox, in the church narthex, or ship directly to Resurrection

Donate to the Weekender Backpack Ministry to provide a $5 scholastic book for each child this Christmas. Donation envelopes are available in the church narthex. Weekender is also continuing to collect 16-28 oz. plastic jars of peanut butter for winter break.
RLC member, Scott Poore, and his Thrivent team are hosting an outdoor paper shredding event at RLC Saturday, Dec. 11 from 10 a.m – noon to benefit RLC’s Weekender Backpack Ministry. Includes free onsite shredding, refreshments, and a chance to win a Thrivent Action Team gift card. Please bring a donation of 16 oz. jars of peanut butter.

Monday, April 20 at Lucas Oil Stadium – Midwest Food Bank, in partnership with the Salvation Army and National Guard, has an immediate need for volunteers (age 14+) to pack 5,000 family meal boxes. Sign up for either a morning shift (8 a.m. – noon) or afternoon shift (1-5 p.m.).
