This year, RLC will provide space at the Greenwood Pride Festival on Saturday, June 6, 12-6 p.m. where people experience an intentional place to belong. Discover ways you can help share RLC’s welcome and hospitality with our local community.
Sign up children ages three (must be potty-trained) through fourth grade for Rainforest Falls VBS at Resurrection Lutheran Church, Sunday, June 7 – Thursday, June 11! Each night starts with dinner for the whole family at 5:30 p.m., followed by Bible stories, songs, games, crafts, and more from 6-8 p.m. Register by May 15 to guarantee a t-shirt!
This summer, worship with Resurrection on Sundays at 10 a.m. (in-person or online). Free nursery care is available. A livestream is available via rlcindy.org/live or facebook.com/rlcindy.
Resurrection’s next semi-annual congregation meeting is Sunday, June 14 immediately following the 10 a.m. worship service. Agenda includes important updates on a variety of topics.
Meets monthly, third Tuesday, 10-11 a.m. on Zoom: Women’s Bible Study opportunity designed to deepen knowledge of the Bible while exploring how concepts apply to present-day lives. For Zoom details, contact Danita Forgey or the church office.
The Quiltmakers group meets twice monthly in Resurrection Hall: first Monday, 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. and third Tuesday, 6:30—8 p.m. Everyone is welcome, from middle-school to older and wiser, any and all genders! Our next gatherings are Monday, June 1 (11:30 a.m.) and Tuesday, June 16 (6:30 p.m.).
Resurrection’s Knit/Crochet Group gathers one Saturday each month from 10 a.m. – noon at Resurrection. Anyone is welcome. See scheduled monthly meeting dates.
Saturday, June 20: O.W.L.s (Older Wiser Lutherans) will meet at RLC at 11 a.m. and travel to the Lavender Daze Festival in Hope, Indiana. Entry is $5/ea. RSVP to Joy Bodine by Wed, June 17. The O.W.L.s will also attend the Indianapolis Indians’ 1:35 p.m. game on Wed, July 22. Meet at RLC for 11:45 a.m. carpool. Tickets are $19/ea, due by Sunday, June 21.
