Resurrection’s Breadbox needs your donations this April to help restock the shelves and support the Interchurch Food Pantry of Johnson County. Donations of elbow macaroni, spaghetti, and white long-grain rice are always needed for Second Helpings.
During the season of Lent, gather with Resurrection for the much-loved Holden Evening Prayer on Wednesday evenings in March at 7 p.m. from Feb. 25 to March 25. Come early for a simple soup supper in Resurrection Hall starting at 5:45 p.m. Sign-up to help.
Join Weekender Backpack Ministry in the fight against hunger by packing bags of easy-to-prepare food on scheduled dates at 6 p.m. in rooms 5 and 6 at Resurrection Lutheran Church.
