Second Helpings provides meals to thousands of our neighbors in need each day, and that need is growing due to the impact of COVID-19. Second Helpings needs people to join their on-call volunteer waitlist. Get details and signup.
Monday, April 20 at Lucas Oil Stadium – Midwest Food Bank, in partnership with the Salvation Army and National Guard, has an immediate need for volunteers (age 14+) to pack 5,000 family meal boxes. Sign up for either a morning shift (8 a.m. – noon) or afternoon shift (1-5 p.m.).
Due to COVID-19, RLC’s Food Pantry ministry is not currently collecting donations. We encourage you to support the work of our local hunger partners, dedicated to addressing hunger needs throughout Indianapolis.
Due to updated guidelines regarding COVID-19, Resurrection’s Friday free Community Meals ministry will provide 100% carry-out meals for the foreseeable future. All items will be served curbside and packed in single-serve containers for distribution.
You’re invited to the Third Annual Cultural Fair at Douglas MacArthur Kindergarten Academy (DMKA) on Thursday, Nov. 14 from 6-7:30 p.m. It’s a celebration of the diverse cultures represented at the Kindergarten Academy and our Perry Township community.

Come for a special Learning Hour opportunity on Sunday, Oct. 20 at 9:30 a.m. in Resurrection Hall as representatives from Bridges Alliance of Johnson County speak about the real cost of poverty.

RLC’s Friday free Community Meals ministry will celebrate five years of continuous service on Friday, Oct. 4! Gather to recognize this special occasion with our volunteers and guests. Enjoy plenty of food and a special cake to recognize the occasion! Meal service will be from 5:30 – 7 p.m.
