Exodus Refugee Immigration in Indianapolis is preparing to welcome Afghan refugees eligible for Special Immigrant Visas. Resurrection can help Exodus prepare to welcome these refugees by donating new or gently used much-needed items by Tuesday, Aug. 31.
Sign-up by Sunday, June 27 to join RLC’s Youth Group for a hot dog roast an Eat & Learn event including a hot dog roast on Friday, July 2 at 6:30 p.m. Hear reflections from the service trip and share in conversation about racial justice and our experiences during the trip.
Support Resurrection’s Youth Group by becoming a stakeholder in our service trip to Atlanta, GA and Indianapolis from Saturday, June 26 – Saturday, July 2! Support our work to grow and serve by purchasing “shares” in the trip by Sunday, June 20.
You are invited to an in-person event at the Historic Artcraft Theatre (57 N. Main St., Franklin) on Wednesday, June 23 from 6-9 p.m. or Thursday, June 24 from 9 a.m. to noon with nationally recognized speaker Jodi Pfarr. Admission is an encouraged $15 donation.

Resurrection Lutheran Church has established a special fund called Caring for Our Neighbors to address the needs in our community due to COVID-19. This effort is in addition to our ongoing food ministry.
Due to COVID-19, RLC’s Food Pantry ministry is not currently collecting donations. We encourage you to support the work of our local hunger partners, dedicated to addressing hunger needs throughout Indianapolis.
Donations to RLC’s Food Pantry Ministry in March will be given to Hunger Inc. in Perry Township, helping people who are food challenged. Please donate and drop off suggested items in RLC’s Breadbox outside of Resurrection Hall.
