This December, Resurrection’s Breadbox needs your donations to help restock the shelves and support the Interchurch Food Pantry of Johnson County. Donations of elbow macaroni, spaghetti, and white long-grain rice are always needed for Second Helpings.
Give back this season! Last year, RLC provided 75 clothing gifts to 39 children from 15 Douglas MacArthur Kindergarten Academy (DMKA) families. This year, donate time and contact Liz Klimes if you can help create tags (week of Nov. 18), track tag selections on Sundays (Nov. 24, Dec. 1 & 8), and/or organize/deliver gifts for DMKA (Dec. 15 & 16).
Sunday, Dec. 8, 6 p.m. Invite your friends and come celebrate the season with neighbors in song. All of Resurrection’s music ensembles will be featured in this service. Cookies and cocoa to follow, hosted by the Fellowship Team. Resurrection members: Sign up to donate cookies and help with cleanup.

This spring, Resurrection member Patty Sorenson became co-leader of a Habitat for Humanity Women Build Team, building a Dream House Diva team of 13 women including three other Resurrection members, Molly Laut, Victoria Hoppes, and Danita Forgey.
Thursday, April 4, 10 a.m. – noon: Help create floral arrangements at Random Acts of Flowers (1057 E 54th St, Indianapolis) with lunch to follow. There are 10 available volunteer spots. Carpool meets at 9:15 a.m. in Resurrection’s parking lot. Contact Katie Finnie to participate.
