Mark the start of the 2025-26 school year with a Back-to-School Blessing at Resurrection during worship at 10 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 3. Students of all ages, educators, and school staff are invited to come and receive a blessing.
The Quiltmakers group meets twice monthly in Resurrection Hall: first Monday, 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. and third Tuesday, 6:30—8 p.m. Everyone is welcome, from middle-school to older and wiser, any and all genders! Our next gatherings are Monday, Aug. 4 (11:30 a.m.) and Tuesday, Aug. 19 (6:30 p.m.).
Hey 20-30-somethings! Come hang out with us the second Saturday of each month from 6-8 p.m. as we share fellowship, discussions, and fun events. In June, we will not meet as a group and are instead participating in scheduled RLC Pride activities. Our next get together is Saturday, Aug. 9 in Room 2.
Resurrection’s Knit/Crochet Group gathers one Saturday each month from 10 a.m. – noon at Resurrection. Anyone is welcome. Our next gathering is Saturday, Aug. 9.
Sunday, Aug. 10, 4-6 p.m. Youngest Friends Club and Kids Club (birth-5th grade) and their families: Celebrate the end of summer with your Resurrection friends with a picnic at Northwest Park in Greenwood – meet at the brown shelter.

Sunday, Aug. 24, 5:30-7 p.m. Youth in grades 6-12 and their families are invited to come reconnect with a pitch-in at Resurrection as we kick off FaithBuilders and Youth Group and learn about what’s in store this year. RLC is providing a hotdog bar and drinks; sign up to bring a side dish or dessert.
Resurrection is offering an American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED training course in September. This is a blended learning course with participants completing an online class prior to one in-person skill session at Resurrection on Tuesday, Sep. 9 from 6-8 p.m. Email Victoria to sign up by Tuesday, Aug. 26.
