Sunday, Nov. 3, 9:30 a.m. in Resurrection Hall: On Oct. 1, 2024, the ELCA Conference of Bishops shared a statement calling on Christians to recommit to truth-telling in response to “hateful, deceptive, violent speech” in our national discourse. We explore what it means to live out that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life.
Tuesdays from 6:30-8 p.m., Sep. 3 – Oct. 29: Pastor Ryan leads a group discussion, “A Public Faith for Troubled Times”, following the book, “A Public Faith: How Followers of Christ Should Serve the Common Good”, by Miroslav Volf. Sign up as together we consider how to live out our faith amid such strong political disagreement.
Resurrection Lutheran Church celebrates 60 years with an anniversary celebration on Saturday, Oct. 19 at 6 p.m. RSVP by Tuesday, Oct. 1 and sign up to stay after the celebration and help with clean-up from 8:30-9:30 p.m.
