Thursday, May 14, 7 p.m.: On the 40th day of Easter, the church commemorates the ascension of Jesus (Acts 1:3-11). Our celebration on this day includes 7 p.m. worship followed by a reception of appetizers and dessert. To help with the reception, sign up online or contact Jackie Mitchell.
Thursday, April 2, 7 p.m. worship: Taking its name from the Latin word for “commandment”, Maundy Thursday remembers the night our Lord instituted Holy Communion, knelt to wash his disciples’ feet, and gave us the new commandment to love one another.
There is no better way for us to celebrate the gift of new life than by being together! Worship with Resurrection on Easter Sunday, April 5 at 8:15 or 10:45 a.m. and enjoy our Easter Breakfast from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. in Resurrection Hall.
