Save the date for Resurrection’s Vacation Bible School program, Sunday, June 7 – Thursday, June 11! VBS is a week filled with songs, Bible stories, games, crafts, and more for kids ages 3 through elementary school. This year, we’re going on a Rainforest Falls adventure as we learn about the nature of God.
Anoka UCC church and Parents for Good are working to support families impacted by ICE action in the Minneapolis area. Items most needed now: spray deodorant, shampoo & conditioner (especially brands for textured hair like Shea Moisture), & menstrual products. Drop off items in the church narthex by Sunday, Feb. 15.

The first semester of the 2025-26 school year was a tremendous success for Weekender, providing nearly 4,000 food sacks to local students. Support expanded at Northeast Elementary and Perry Meridian 6th Grade Academy, and nearly 600 jars of peanut butter and 400 additional sacks were distributed during fall and winter break.

Sunday, Feb. 15: Kids in kindergarten through fifth grade: Come bowl with the Resurrection Kids Club! We’ll meet bowl at Expo Bowl (5261 Elmwood Ave, Indianapolis, IN) from 2-3 p.m. for fellowship, fun, and bowling. Please RSVP to help us plan.
Due to projected severe weather conditions, Resurrection has canceled 8:15 and 10:45 a.m. worship services and evening youth activities on Sunday, Jan. 25. The semi-annual congregation meeting has been postponed until Sunday, Feb. 1 at 9:30 a.m. In case of an emergency, contact Pastor Ryan Bailey, prryan@rlcindy.org.
Resurrection’s next semi-annual congregation meeting has been moved to Sunday, Feb. 1 at 9:30 a.m. due to severe weather conditions. There will be no Sunday morning learning for adults. The meeting agenda includes the election of Congregation Council members/officers and approval of the 2026 budget.
Sunday, Feb. 8 in Resurrection Hall: Celebrate Pastor Kathy’s ministry at Resurrection on her final Sunday with a pitch-in lunch immediately following the 10:45 a.m. worship service. With love and deep gratitude, we say farewell. Please sign up online or in the church narthex to help with the pitch-in lunch.
